The artist or photographer would love the natural light pouring in from three, floor to ceiling windows; two facing North and one facing East.  Situated in the northeast corner of the second floor, it is a quiet space with very little foot traffic to distract someone who is focused. This large open room consisting of approximately 300 sq. ft is a great canvass within which to paint your idea of a spacious, light-filled workspace.
